FAQ
The questions people ask before they book.
The practical ones: what it costs, what we call you, and who gets to see what. Anything clinical is answered on the page for the test itself.
Still unsure about something? Message reception on LINE or WhatsApp and a person will answer — you do not have to say why you are asking.
Yes. You can book under a name of your choosing, and your records are encrypted. We do not share anything without your written consent, except where the law requires it.
Booking online guarantees you a time. You are welcome to walk in, but you may have to wait.
It depends on the test — each service page states its own turnaround. Rapid tests are read during your visit.
You log in and read them yourself. We will never send a result by email, SMS or LINE — those are read on shared and unlocked devices, which is exactly what we are protecting you from.
English and Thai with any of our doctors, Japanese with one of them, and all three at reception. If you would like the Japanese-speaking doctor, choose them when you book.
You choose the name we call you by, at reception and on the booking. We do ask for your legal name once, for the medical record itself, because a health record has to be yours to be any use to you later — it is encrypted, and it is not shared without your written consent.
Yes. Every service and its price is published on the pricing page, and the booking shows you the total before you confirm. If a doctor suggests something beyond what you booked, you will be told the price before it happens, not after.
Please do. Reception answers the phone, LINE and WhatsApp during opening hours, and email for anything that is not urgent. You never have to explain why you are asking, and nobody will press you for a reason.
Each service shows its own appointment length when you book it, and that is the time with the doctor rather than the whole visit. Booking a time means you are not waiting for one.
Two separate things, and you can say yes to one and no to the other. Treating you needs your consent to us handling your health data — that one is required, or there is nothing we can do for you. Clinic news and reminders are optional, off unless you ask for them, and you can withdraw either at any time.
